In November 2023, Lucasville, Ohio, welcomed IPS (International Packaging Solutions) to the community. Although some may assume this business solely provides shipping gateways, it also offers a vast variety of products and printing services to cater to potential customers.
Sales representative Adrian Keeran recently shared insights into what IPS is and her role within the business.
“Our store, IPS, offers a one-stop solution for customers looking to send packages through UPS and FedEx,” she explained. “We provide various types of printing services to cater to a diverse customer base, including garments and vinyl.”
Keeran emphasized her love for the job and highlighted the significance of her role, as well as the unique service options IPS provides.
“I will go to different businesses within the community and show them what our company is capable of doing to help with their desired needs,” she noted. “This includes everything from lunch menus and t-shirt orders to banners and yard signs—we really do it all, and I love what I do.”
Though IPS has been operating for nearly a year, Keeran has seen steady growth in the company, thanks to customer support.
“It’s been a slow start,” she acknowledged. “Over time, however, our customer base has started to grow more. We want to serve our community with open arms, and we are thrilled that people are starting to recognize that.”
Customers will find a variety of T-shirt and vinyl options, packaging services as well as snacks and beverages for purchase.
“At IPS we want to satisfy our customers with nothing less than a smile, and it is safe to say we have executed that diligently thus far,” Keeran concluded.
