Writing Center Opening

The SSU Writing Center is now open for the spring semester in a virtual format.

The Shawnee State University Writing Center is now open for the spring semester. They have switched to an online format to accomodate restrictions. Students who need peer tutoring at any stage of the writing process are encouraged to email the Writing Center at [email protected]. To ensure a simple exchange, students are asked to create a Gmail account to submit their writing projects through Google Docs. In addition to their work, assignment sheet or other relevant documents, as well as their assignment-specific questions and concerns when they request their tutoring session. Students should expect to remain online and engaged with their tutor through the duration of the session.

 

We will maintain the following hours this semester:

Monday 10AM – 5PM

Tuesday 10AM – 12:30PM, 1PM – 5PM

Wednesday 10AM – 4PM

Thursday 10AM – 12:30PM, 1PM – 5PM

Friday 10AM – 5PM

Sunday, 4PM – 7PM
