In celebration of Homecoming Week SSU hosted a 90’s themed block party for all the students to have some fun and let loose on October 11, 2019. The theme of this year’s homecoming has been the 1990’s in celebration and in memory of the National Championship title that SSU’s women’s basketball team received in 1999. At the block party there was music put on by DJ Franky Frank, free ice cream, a photo booth, and several games that students could participate in.  Students were also encouraged to dress up in their best 90’s attire for a costume contest. SSU hosted this event as a way to wrap up homecoming week with a fun party for all!
